Exchange Policies

At Ghelee, we are committed to offering a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. However, we also uphold specific policies to ensure fairness and transparency in our transactions. Please take the time to read our comprehensive policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges before making your purchase.

 

Exchanges Policy

  • We recommend carefully reviewing your order, including the product descriptions, sizes, colors, and materials, before finalizing your purchase.
  • Raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product through - gheleegj@gmail.com. You will receive an approval mail from us within 2-3 working days if the request is accepted.
  • Exchange is available for size exchange only. A pick up would be arranged for the same at no additional charges.
  • Please ensure that the original product tag and the packing are intact when the product is picked up.
  • We would not accept the exchange if the tag is missing or the item is used, washed, or damaged by you.
  • No exchange request will be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised 48 hours after receiving the shipment. In exceptional cases, please write to us at gheleegj@gmail.com.
  • We will notify you once we receive your shipment.
  • If we do not have a pick-up service available at your location, you will have to self-ship the product.
  • The exchange process takes between 10 to 15 days. Any additional information will be sent to you via email. Please remember that we are not responsible for shipping company pick-up/delivery delays.
  • Once we receive the exchanged product back, it goes through a quality check, and later, the exchanged order will be processed within 2-3 working days.

 

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

While we ensure that all items are delivered to you in perfect condition, we understand that issues may occasionally occur during shipping or manufacturing. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or does not match the description provided on our website, you may qualify for a replacement.

 

Conditions for Reporting Defects or Damage:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to report any issues.
  • Send a detailed description of the defect or damage and supporting photos and videos to gheleegj@gmail.com.
  • Once our team has reviewed and validated your claim, we will provide further instructions on whether a replacement will be issued.
  • Please note that items must be in unused condition for replacement. We do not offer refunds, only replacements, and solely for items that arrive defective or damaged.

 

Final Sale and Promotional Items

 

Any product marked as “final sale” or purchased during a promotional event or sale is not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please understand this policy, as these items will not be considered for any adjustment after purchase. Products bought during a sale are not eligible for exchange.
