Please be aware that we do not refund the original shipping costs or cover the shipping costs for items returned to us without prior authorization.

• Ghelee offers FREE PAN India shipping on all orders.
• Your orders are our priority! We dispatch them within 3-4 working days, and you can expect the delivery within 7-10 days.
• We partner with the most trusted couriers for safe delivery, though we're not liable for any courier delays.
• You'll receive a tracking code to keep tabs on your parcel once it's on its way.
• Hang tight with our friends outside India - we're working on reaching you soon!
• We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
• When you place an order outside India, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on your chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
• Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
